我一直很喜歡傷痛樂團這首歌的旋律，細看歌詞總覺得某些段落的意思怎麼會前後不連貫。一直到最近，我才體悟到歌詞裡面到底在寫什麼，它是一首活在當下的歌。
我不會照字面去翻譯，看官們不喜勿入啊。

嗯，真的是這個樣子。活在當下的這段時間，所有的事物都會清晰無比，這是因為你的腦袋裡不會再被過去和未來綁架，你的全副心力都可以放在眼前的事物。
** And try delusion for a while.
人們老是悔恨過去，憂慮未來，卻往往忘記活在當下。
其實人會活在過去和未來，就是下意識的想要逃避現實，過去和未來就像是麻痺人類的毒藥，讓人們上癮不已。
人們若是沒有活在當下，就是活在delusion(錯覺)之中無可自拔，難怪作者會說「It's such a beautiful lie」。
要注意的是，人們其實是自己選擇逃避現實的，所以作者才會用try這個詞，這也意味著，活在當下沒有你想像的難。
*** Romance your ego for a while.
這裡的Romance困惑了我一整天，這詞作動詞有追求的意思，難道是「追求自我意識」的意思嗎？推敲上下文義，我最後還是選定「釋放自己一下下」。從delusion當中釋放自己，活在當下才能獲得自由。
